Being green is becoming popular, but to promote it, it is important to offer action, not just talk about “we are green-minded.” That is why SIA IEBER.LV and SIA ZAAO Nature and Technology Park URDA have collaborated to develop tips on how everyone can start acting more environmentally friendly.

The successful cooperation began thanks to shared company values - for both SIA IEBER.LV and URDAI, protecting and preserving the environment and reducing human impact on the environment are important.

As we all know, environmental goals around the world are big and ambitious, but everyone has to start with themselves, so IEBER.LV makes its contribution by collaborating with URDA to show some steps on how to get involved in saving resources, nature and also your finances. Sustainability Bulletin from SIA IEBER.LV Agnese Gaidelione in collaboration with SIA ZAAO Nature and Technology Park URDA invites you to learn and apply small steps to protect the environment.

Collaboration goal: creation of educational material on shopping habits with the theme: fill with joy and nothing superfluous - popularizing packaging-free stores and promoting habit change.

Type of collaboration: in the video series "Learn and Apply" with Ant Urdu about the sustainable joy of refilling.

Target audience: preschools, eco-schools, any proponent of a zero waste and less waste lifestyle.

Distribution channels: YouTube, www.urda.lv and www.ieber.lv website, social networks. Thus, the video will be available to anyone who does not go on excursions to packaging-free stores or to the ant Urda and wants to learn about small steps for sustainable filling joy. Additional publication with an invitation to be inspired also in the monthly newspapers of municipalities. For example, in Cēsis municipality: Cēsu vēstis.

The video reflects the small steps of smart and sustainable shopping according to the principles: Eat out the house, eat at home, and fill it with correspondence!

A pre-prepared shopping list and refillable containers are one of the basic keys to saving the environment and our own resources. Gradually, it is also possible to shop smartly in the supermarket – with a list and our own containers. Of course, we go to the store full, because when we are hungry, we often buy too much and unnecessary.

In the programs, the ant Urda explains why we need to reduce waste and make choices when shopping - how we can take care of the environment and save resources in our daily lives.

The ant calls for action – try it yourself: fill yourself with joy and nothing superfluous!
