The 5 Steps to Zero Packaging campaign took place in Cēsis from November 2 to December 7, 2020. It is an initiative of Cēsis residents with the aim of reducing the use of packaging in everyday life and promoting a change in shopping habits among Cēsis residents. The campaign is taking place within the framework of the Tīri.Labi movement and is supported by the association "Zaļā brīvība" and the Cēsis municipality.
At our partners, you will receive a purchase register card and for every purchase, when at least 1 item is filled in your packaging, you will receive a stamp on the card from the seller. By collecting 5 stamps, you will have taken 5 packaging-free steps to promote your environmentally friendly lifestyle and ensure that Cēsis gets one step closer to a city without waste.
SIA IEBER.LV is a green lifestyle embassy in Cēsis with a family-run store where customers can stock up on bulk food products, pourable household cleaning products, environmentally friendly packaging and accessories.
We signed up for the 5 Steps to Zero Packaging campaign because we are part of a movement that aims to take care of our planet and act consciously, saving our own and the planet's resources. This coincides with the goal of the IEBER.LV company - be as friendly as possible to the environment in which you live.
SIA Cēsu Tirgus offers the opportunity to fill your container with seasonal vegetables, meat products, bread, eggs, etc., but at the Seed Shop, which is the place to receive the campaign stamp, you can purchase autumn onions, bow and shallots as needed.
