To make it easy and enjoyable for you, we are sharing a shopping list form. You can safely print it on the other side of paper that you have already printed, or you can create your own shopping list by following the sections.
We create them for each week, signing on Sundays or Monday mornings. This helps us to be responsible with the resources available to us. Including financial ones.
You don't have to be alone when completing this shopping plan. We find it works best when the whole family plans together and suggests their favorite recipes.
As an added incentive to stick to your list, have a shared goal, for example, invest the money you save thanks to your weekly lists in a joint adventure trip.
