Zero Waste Unity Challenge

How can we collaborate with colleagues we don't know well every day? Efectio, in collaboration with ieber.lv, offers a challenge that allows us to get to know colleagues from a different perspective, share opinions, work achievements, and virtually show support for each other every working day.

This program was created with the goal of giving every employee in the company the opportunity to learn and apply small steps for a sustainable everyday life.

The challenge activates the team's strength to promote a friendly and supportive work environment as well as employee innovation, knowledge, and development towards sustainability.
