1. General rules
If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such mutual agreement is considered a distance agreement and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating the distance agreement, including, not only, the "Consumer Rights Protection Law", the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations "Regulations on Distance Agreement".
2. Purchasing
Prices and specifications for products sold in the online store are listed next to products. Each item is bought as much as the customer needs, for example, if the item is 50g at the item, but the customer wants to buy 500g, then choose 50 x10 and will receive a 500g item in 1 pack.
Add the desired products to the shopping cart to place your order. Fill in all the necessary fields and choose the most appropriate delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make a purchase to complete your order.
3. Payment Terms
The billing currency on the site is euro. The purchase can be paid by selecting the following payment methods provided by the payment platform Citadele Klix, Citadele AS:

The personal data required for payments are transferred to the licensed payment authority for Citadele AS.
The contract enters into force with a successful payment to the online store account. If for any reason it is not possible to execute the order, the buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the notification.
4. Delivery Terms
The goods are delivered to the following countries: for all countries where delivery is provided by Omniva, DPD and Latvijas Pasts. The purchased goods are delivered using packages, courier, picking up from the store. All fees and taxes to be paid to receive the shipment at the destination must be covered by the buyer. Shipping costs are displayed before your order is approved. The purchased goods are delivered to the buyer at the address specified here for how many days will be shipped within 3-5 business days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send goods up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer.
5. The right of refusal
The buyer has the right to abandon the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item, if they are not specifically packed to the customer and weighted in personalized volumes and packages. The right of refusal is not applicable if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14 -day refusal, the goods may only be used for its intended purposes, the consumer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product within the time limit for the right of refusal. If the goods are inappropriate or damaged, neglecting the product during use or non -compliance with instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged, the online store shall have the right to reduce the amount to be repaid according to the value of the item.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a refusal form that can be obtained by e-mail by writing request info@ieber.lv within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The buyer covers the cost of returning the item, except when the reason for the return is that the item does not match the order (eg, incorrect or damaged product).
The buyer is obliged to be without delay, but not later than 14 days after sending the refusal form to the online store, return the goods to the seller. After receiving the returned goods, the online store shall repay all payments received from the Buyer on the basis of a distance contract immediately, but not later than 14 days.
The seller has the right to detain the payment until he / she has received a certificate from the buyer's product or the return of the goods. If the buyer has chosen another type of sending than the cheapest type of shipments offered in the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the exceeded shipment costs.
The online store is not responsible for the delay in the fulfillment of obligations or the failure to comply with them or other forms due to circumstances and obstacles outside the online store reasonable control.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell the goods and request the return of the goods from the buyer if the price specified in the online store is significantly lower than its market price error.
6. Consumer Rights for not compliant with the contract
The online store shall be responsible for the non -compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms or disadvantages of the contract within 6 months of the date of delivery of the goods to the customer or was at the time of delivery, if such an assumption does not conflict with the characteristics or disadvantage of the case. The buyer must inform the seller of the seller of the goods immediately, within 2 months of its detection, that is to say, a complaint. The online store is not responsible for the defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the seller shall return all payments provided for in the distance agreement. The seller gives a written response to the consumer within 15 days.
7. Processing the Personal Data of the Buyer
The online store processes only the personal data that the buyer has entered at the order of goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider to ensure the delivery of goods.
If you have clearly agreed to receive our marketing notifications, including news, we can occasionally contact you by sending information about our services and the latest offers. To this end, we can process your e-mail address that you have provided when you sign up for marketing communication. The Buyer has the opportunity to abandon marketing statements by notifying us by writing to info@ieber.lv.
8. Dispute resolution procedure
In issues not addressed in these Terms and Conditions, the buyer and the seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties between the sellers and the buyers resolve the disputes arising from a conversation or correspondence. If the dispute fails to resolve the negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall be in the Court of Justice of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the buyer (consumer) and the seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the Court of Justice of the Republic of Latvia.
The buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union dispute settlement authorities.
