1. Find out your “why”
Every idea that inspires others in a sustainable way starts with an inner belief. What exactly do you want to change? How will your product or service help people live more consciously, healthier, or more environmentally friendly?
2. Talk to people – not just in your bubble
From my own experience, I can say that when I started sharing my ideas, the right people came along. Listen, share, and test your ideas in practice. Conversations are what help both the idea and you as a leader grow.
3. Unite with like-minded people
A community is powerful. Whether it's participating in an accelerator, joining BNI, or simply a community that believes in similar values – together it's easier. And much more effective.
