New collaboration for sustainability – ieber.lv and “Visi Var” join forces

We are happy to share a new step towards a greener everyday life! 🌱
ieber.lv in Cēsis and the social enterprise “Visi Var” from Sigulda have started a collaboration to give things a second life and create practical, useful products from reusable materials.

Together with the support of the population:

• small metal cans will be used to make outdoor candles,

• from cardboard egg crates – environmentally friendly fuels,

• from denim fabric – carpets,

• from candle scraps – new candles and kindling.

This initiative not only helps reduce waste, but also provides an opportunity for socially vulnerable groups to enter the labor market, as “Visi Var” employs people with disabilities and their loved ones. It is a collaboration where everyone benefits – people, nature, and the community.
