Green Latvia: Packaging-free stores — mission or business?

Five years ago, Latvia experienced a boom in packaging-free or "zero waste" stores, when more than ten green retailers emerged.

However, only a few survived, and today, such concept stores can be counted on the fingers of one hand – a couple are located in Riga and one each in Kuldiga and In Cesis.
