Do not heat sprout powders above 40 C, so that they do not lose their nutritional value - mix them into warm dishes at the very end or when serving - directly on the plate. Start with 1 tsp. per day, gradually increasing the dose to 1 tbsp. of powder per day. For optimal effect, it is recommended to use regularly 4 days a week for at least 6 weeks, but ideally: 3 - 6 months in a row.

Snack sauce
Mix 100 g of cream cheese or cottage cheese ground into a homogeneous mass with 2 tsp. powder, sprinkle with toasted sesame or hemp seeds. Serve as a snack sauce with crackers, vegetable platter.

Breakfast cocktail
Mix 2 tsp of powder with 1/3 cup of plain yogurt and 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed apple juice. Use as a substitute for milk over muesli or breakfast cereal.

Refreshing cocktail
Place peeled, diced pear and fresh mint leaves to taste in a blender. Add pineapple juice in several batches until the cocktail is the consistency you like. Add a teaspoon of powder, blend again.

Fresh cucumber raita
Mix 150 ml plain yogurt, 150 ml sour cream, juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp powder, chopped mint and basil leaves, black pepper and pour over cucumber slices.

Bean stew with vegetables
Soak and cook half a cup of adzuki beans or any other beans of your choice. Fry the onion, garlic, leek, 3 sliced carrots, 1 bell pepper and 150 g each of mushrooms and zucchini in butter. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the beans with all the water they were cooked in, tbsp. soy sauce, red pepper, 1 tbsp. tomato sauce and 400 g sliced fresh or canned tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Before serving, stir in 1 – 2 tsp. powder.
