Put a pinch of coriander, cardamom, cloves, fennel seeds, a little ginger in a thermos, pour boiling water over it. Drink a sip during or before the exam. Water reduces anxiety and promotes concentration, the spices stimulate inner clarity and improve memory.
Chewing gum alternative:
Small balls of coarsely ground cloves, hardened honey, and fennel seeds are a natural alternative to not-so-healthy chewing gum.
