Use linseed oil in cooking. Linseed oil can be added to salads, porridge and cottage cheese, used in the preparation of sauces, mixed with mayonnaise and sour cream, without subjecting the oil to heat treatment. The taste of the oil is characterized by a herbal bitterness note, which intensifies during storage after opening the package. This is due to the high Omega 3 content. Store linseed oil at a temperature of 0 to 25 ° C, avoiding direct sunlight!
After opening the package, it is recommended to store the oil in a cool and dark place for no longer than 3 months. Heat treatment is not recommended.
Natural sedimentation is permissible.
Use linseed oil in cosmetology. Linseed oil can be added to ready-made face and body cream. You can also make a mask yourself.
