You will need 300-400g of honey melted in a water bath, as it has now become sugary.

50g ginger powder or 100g grated peeled ginger root

50g ground Ceylon cinnamon

50g turmeric powder.

Mix everything and take 1 teaspoon after meals, allowing it to melt in your mouth.

GINGER and LEMON COOKIES You will need:

· 100 g of candied ginger;

· 3 cups flour;

· 100 g butter;

· 1 cup of sugar;

· 1 tsp baking powder;

· ~ 200 ml of kefir;

· 1 lemon zest;

· a pinch of salt;

· a pinch of soda;

Preparation: Cut the candied fruit into small pieces, add lemon zest to them. Add sugar, baking powder, soda and salt to the flour, mix in the butter and knead well. Add the candied ginger with lemon zest. Add kefir and mix until the consistency of dough is formed. Put it in the refrigerator for ~ 30 minutes. Roll out and form small circles. Brush with egg and bake at 180 – 200*C for 15 – 20 minutes.
