"The gift of the Virgin Mary" - this is how people called milk thistle in ancient times. One legend says that the Virgin Mary herself pointed to this plant as healing. Since then, milk thistle has been valued all over the world. Its composition and valuable properties are studied in many medical institutions and research centers. For example, in 1968, at the Institute of Pharmacy (Munich, Germany), scientists were able to isolate the main active component of the seeds of this plant - silymarin, a complex of flavonoids and flavolignans. This natural compound helps maintain liver function and promotes the cleansing of the body.

Daily dose (15 ml) contains: 100% natural unrefined milk thistle oil (Silybum marianum L.).
Does not contain preservatives, dyes or flavorings.
Usage: for adults - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day during meals.
It is recommended to use for 1-2 months. The application can be repeated 3-4 times a year.
Thistle oil has a neutral taste and smell, so it can be used for salad dressing, added to porridge, and other prepared dishes.
It is not recommended to heat above 50°C.
After opening the package, it is recommended to store in a cool and dark place for no longer than 3 months.
Natural sedimentation is allowed.

In folk medicine, it is used for medicinal purposes: to improve liver function, hepatitis, kidney health, atherosclerosis, regulate sugar levels, sclerosis, in the treatment of skin burns, dermatitis, psoriasis, gastrointestinal diseases, vascular and heart, pancreas, gallbladder, inflammatory and infectious diseases.
Usage: 1-3 times a day, one teaspoon during meals, as well as with food.
