Sesame oil is produced using a unique patented technology. It contains ten unsaturated fatty acids that are necessary for the normal functioning and functioning of the whole organism. These are oleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, palmitic acid and lignoceric acid. Most of them are not produced in the body, so they must be regularly obtained from food. In addition, sesame oil contains:
- powerful antioxidant sesamol - a natural active ingredient - that absorbs ultraviolet rays of the sun. Prevents signs of premature aging.
- minerals: zinc, copper, magnesium;
- B vitamins, vitamin A and E complex.
