Grown in ZS Kanepītes
You will receive the ordered product in 1 package as much as you need. If you specify 2x50g, you will receive 100g of the product in 1 paper tube.
Remember that it is recommended to soak peas in water for at least an hour before cooking. Then drain them, rinse them, and use them as you see fit. If you don't have much time, you can make do by just rinsing the peas thoroughly in several waters until the water is no longer floury. Keep in mind that peas that have not been soaked in advance will take a little longer to cook.
You can serve pea dishes with sour cream, plain yogurt, yogurt-garlic sauce, or coconut milk.

Pea soup with hunter's sausages.
Recipe:
1. 1 cup split peas from ieber.lv
2. 3 potatoes
3. 1 carrot
4. 1 onion
5. 5 hunter's sausages
6. Greens to taste
7. Salt and spices as desired
Calculation – for 3 liters of soup
1. Soak the peas for 2 hours or overnight. You can use peas that do not need to be soaked. You can boil them immediately.
2. Put the peas in hot salted water, boil for 30 minutes, constantly removing the foam, add the potatoes.
3. Fry the remaining ingredients
4. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot or chop it finely, fry until almost done, add the sausages cut into pieces.
5. Add the fried vegetables and sausages to the potatoes and peas.
6. Cook for a few minutes.

Split pea hummus with garlic toast
Ingredients
300 g split peas from @ieber.lv
60 ml plain yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil from @ieber.lv
pepper mixture to taste
cilantro, fresh, to taste
For cooking peas
ground cumin to taste
2 pcs. bouillon cubes or broth from @ieber.lv
4 cloves of garlic
sugar and salt to taste from @ieber.lv
1 tbsp turmeric from @ieber.lv
sabji masala or curry from @ieber.lv to taste
For toast
1 piece of flat bread or @ieber.lv Kārumlādes kukulītis
1 tbsp olive oil from @ieber.lv
salt to taste
3 cloves of garlic
1Rinse and soak the peas for a couple of hours (you can leave them out, but then they will need to cook longer).
2Rinse them, cover with cold water, add all the spices* and garlic to taste, and cook until the peas are soft.
3Blend. If the mixture seems too dry, add water.
4Place in a bowl, add a few spoonfuls of yogurt, oil and stir until creamy. Sprinkle with pepper mixture.
5You can add chopped coriander if desired.
6Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
7Prepare the toast. Cut the bread into triangles, brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the toast is golden.
8Remove the toast from the oven and, while still warm, spread with a clove of garlic.
