Ingredients: potato starch, chickpea flour, beetroot powder, sugar, salt, onion and garlic granules.
Making waffles – Mix 260g of the flour mixture with 160g of water and 60g of oil. Stir until smooth. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Heat a thin waffle iron and bake the waffles until cooked.
