Buckwheat flour baguette recipe without yeast and gluten

šŸ“–Recipe for buckwheat flour baguette with psyllium husks without yeast:

⭐Ingredients:
- 250 g organic buckwheat flour from ieber.lv
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk from ieber.lv
- 50g flaxseed from ieber.lv
- 1 teaspoon baking powder from ieber.lv
- 1/2 teaspoon of soda from ieber.lv
- 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt from ieber.lv
- 1 tablespoon olive oil from ieber.lv
- 300 ml of water (or a little more, as needed)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar from ieber.lv (or lemon juice to react with the soda)

🄰Preparation:
1. Prepare the dry ingredients: In a bowl, mix buckwheat flour, psyllium husks, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. Add the liquid ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the water with the apple cider vinegar and add the oil. Then add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix well. The batter will be a little sticky, but the psyllium husks will thicken it as they absorb the moisture.

3. Form the dough: Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to allow the psyllium husks to swell. Then form long baguette-shaped loaves and flatten them slightly.

4. Baking: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place baguettes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until baguettes are golden and crispy on the outside.

5. Cooling: Once the baguettes are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. The baguettes will be lightly crispy and have a mild buckwheat flavor.

Tip:
If you want to give your baguettes extra flavor, you can add dried spices, such as thyme, rosemary, or garlic powder from ieber.lv.

Enjoy your meal!
