How to make caramelized almonds?
🍂 Caramelized almonds – the perfect winter flavor!

👉 200 g almonds
👉 3 tbsp. coconut blossom sugar
👉 1/2 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
👉 1/2 tsp. gingerbread spice
👉 2 tbsp water
🍯 Preparation:
🥄 Heat a pan and pour water with coconut blossom sugar into it. Stir until the sugar melts and starts to caramelize.
🌰 Add the almonds and stir thoroughly so that they are completely covered with caramel.
🌟 Add cinnamon and gingerbread spice. Continue stirring for a few more minutes until the almonds are shiny and completely coated.
🧊 Carefully spread the almonds on up to 1000 times of baking paper to cool and harden.
