Midsummer holiday flatbread with rhubarb and black garlic

🌱 Sustainable flavor magic – rhubarb with whole peel + black garlic 🧄

Did you know that rhubarb can be safely eaten with the skin intact? Not only does it have a beautiful, natural pink hue, but it also contains fiber, which helps our digestive system.

And what's more – fermented BIO black garlic is not just a trendy delicacy, but also a valuable immunity booster that can be easily incorporated into both sweet and savory dishes.

🔎 Sustainable thinking in the kitchen starts with respect for every raw material – we use everything, waste nothing, and enjoy it!

Try this recipe:

🥄 Oven-baked rhubarb with honey, fermented black garlic and goat cheese. Simple, seasonal and surprisingly delicious. Also great as a savory flatbread topping for Midsummer celebrations.

➡️ Do not peel the rhubarb.

➡️ Add sliced black garlic, honey, and a pinch of Celtic sea salt.

➡️ Bake at 180°C for ~20 minutes.

➡️ Serve with goat cheese and mint.

Such dishes are both healthy and consistent with the values of sustainable business – respect for nature, people, and taste.
